✦ Synopsis
The high-temperature Knudsen effusion method was used to study the vaporization processes and thermodynamic properties of fluxes based on CaO-CaCl 2 and CaO-CaF 2 systems with additions of Al, Al 2 O 3 in the temperature range 800-2240 K. The composition of vapour and the partial pressures of vapour species as a function of temperature and vaporization time of fluxes were obtained. Vaporization enthalpies of components and dependences of partial pressures as a function of temperature are suggested for practical needs based on the experimental results. Reliability of the data obtained in the present study was confirmed by comparison with the reference values for Au, CsCl, CaCl 2 and CaF 2 .
