## Abstract We report on the fabrication and characterisation of the very first direct electron transfer‐based glucose/oxygen biofuel cell (BFC) operating in neutral glucose‐containing buffer and human serum. __Corynascus thermophilus__ cellobiose dehydrogenase and __Myrothecium verrucaria__ biliru
