## Abstract In this letter, we report on a highโ€performance 94โ€GHz millimeterโ€wave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) mixer module using 0.1โ€ฮผm metamorphic high electron mobility transistors. A modified resistive mixer with a RF amplifier was proposed in this work for low conversion loss and high

## Abstract A 77โ€GHz transceiver module has been developed for automotive radar sensors by using an monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) oneโ€chip set. An MMIC oneโ€chip set consists of a transmitter, an eightโ€stage low noise amplifier and a mixer. The chip set was fabricated using a 0.15โ€ฮผ
