✦ Synopsis
There are 629 entries presented in a classified arrangement covering practically all phases of engineering. Important periodical articles have been included in addition to books and pamphlets. Three indexes facilitate the use of the list: an historical classification--a subject rearrangement in chronological form of some of the items; an author index; and a subject index. The list is a good example of the type of bibliographical check-list that a library may compile based on its holdings and issue as an aid to scholarly research.
