✦ Synopsis

L\ generalized analysis method for nonlinear circuits composed of multiple devices, multifrequency excitation, and a multiport linear embedding subnetwork is proposed. An adaptable computing program is developed. The method is demonstrated by application to a microwave balanced mixer. The effect of parameter difference between two diodes on the behavior of a mixer is investigated.

## Abstract A novel hybrid analysis method including physical modeling approach is presented for the single complete via structure in this paper. The via structure can be decomposed into two types of different sub‐structures: the interior structure and the exterior structure. The characteristic of

It is well known that the behaviour of integrated circuits is strongly affected by thermal feedback. A general method for evaluating, by linear analysis, the complete circuit performance is described that considers these effects. The procedure can easily be implemented using only well known computer

This article presents an efficient implementation of an iterative method that includes a fast-mode transformation (FMT). The method has the advantages of simplicity and not involving basis functions and inversion of matrices, as used in other calculation methods. Therefore, this approach has the pot

## Abstract In this article, an efficient interpolation method is presented to compute the Green's function associated with electrical sources, when they are placed inside cylindrical cavities. The interpolation scheme is formulated in the frame of the spatial images technique recently developed. T
