A pulse generator is described which delivers positive or negative single, double, or sliding pulses with a rise time of 0,06/,sec. and a decay time of 5/~sec. The length of the flat top is variable from 0,5 psec up to 7/,sec, the amplitude is accurately measurable and variable from 0,2 mV up to 600 mV.
