This paper presents an interesting comparison of portland cement and alite concrete (or mortar). The alite contained 1.4 and 2.8% SO 3 (3 and 6% gypsum, respectively). The purpose of this discussion is twofold: (I) compare results on alite mortar with those on alite pastes previously published by K
