✦ Synopsis
The authors have made a valuable contribution to the area of pore-size distribution studies of hydrated portland cement paste since mercury intrusion porosimetry is one of the only techniques able to measure pores over the diameter range 10,000-3 nm, which includes the pore sizes responsible for creating significant permeability in a body.
