Dr. Diamond's study of pore size distribution is timely and interesting as it is a topic currently generating much controversy. Dr. Diamond's findings appear to give credence to the hypothesis that the substance of pore volume in hydrated portland cen~nt paste lies in spaces greater than 50A and even lOOA.
