✦ Synopsis
Abstract
The micro‐determination of nitrogen described is based on a preliminary digestion with sulphuric acid, potassium sulphate and selenium, followed by a direct assay of ammonia in the resultant solution by a phenol‐hypochlorite colorimetric method, without previous liberation and distillation of the ammonia.
