โฆ Synopsis
Ahstrati-The design and operation of a device for producing reproducible and controlled collisions between pairs of liquid drops in gaseous media is described. Collisions were promoted between uniformly sized, equally spaced drops from two converging streams in a repeated fashion at frequencies ranging up to several thousand events per sec. The size, velocity, direction of motion and position at impact for each drop were independently controlled.
