β¦ Synopsis
DC Natalie Johnson comes across the case of a young woman raped and murdered in Cumbria. With her own workload to deal with, as well as being set up on an internet dating site by her friends, Natβs plate is already full and she pushes it to the back of her mind. Soon, however, a body appears on her patch that is just too similar to be a coincidence and Nat begins her hunt for a savage serial killer who has a serious issue with women.
To complicate things further Nat meets what could be the woman of her dreams, Emily, but the timing is all off and Nat is forced to end things before they even begin. Working to catch their killer, Nat is stunned when she stumbles across Emily as part of her case. Is Emily who she seems to be? Will Natβs feelings get in the way of her investigation? Can she stop a killer before he kills again?
