Electroreduction of vitamin B 2 (VB 2 ) was studied by in situ circular dichroism (CD) spectroelectrochemistry (SEC) with a long optical path length thin layer cell (LOPLTLC). The results showed that the electroreduction of VB 2 in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 6.8) was a two-electron electroc
