โฆ Synopsis
A procedure which allows for the direct analysis of protein binding data obtained via dynamic dialysis is presented. The method avoids some of the problems previously encountered in data analysis, requires minimal user input, and can be readily applied to a variety of experimental conditions. Binding parameters are obtained through use of a Regula-Falsi algorithm run in conjunction with a standard nonlinear least-squares regression program (NONLIN). Although a simple one-binding-site model is presented, the equations can readily be extended to describe more complex binding behavior.
