TLis paper describes and make:~ available a simple, flexible, FORTRAN IV core .uter program to calculate data obtained from measurements made ~,h the Warburg respirometer. The program will accommodate data from any number of Warburg experiments, eaci ~ ~.f which can contain up to 20 flasks. Run constants and thermobaromete¢ data are read into the computer only once. These are stored and used repeatedly to calculate flask data within a run. Provisions are made to vary all of the run constants such as temperature, Bunsen coefficient and Pc of the manometer fluid. The program is sufficiently general to calculate data from most permutations of the basic Wartmrg experiment.
