The regional myocardial distribution of 131i\_16\_iodo\_9\_hexadecenoic acid (131I\_HA) and 2°lTl-thallium chloride (2°1T1C1) was determined in normal dogs and after occlusion of a coronary artery. The uptake of 131I-HA was about 20% lower than that of 2°IT1C1 but the ratio 2°1T1/131I was the same f
