✦ Synopsis
Recurrence risks are compared to conditional recurrence risks under certain association models corresponding to the underlying semi-symmetric intraclass contingency table. Ratios of mean squared errors are used to make the comparisons. A study of the comparisons corroborates the theory of KHAMIS and HINKELMANN (1984), and gives new insight into the disease-genotype a3sociation problem.
