✦ Synopsis
Abstract
This letter describes a compact Wilkinson power divider using compensated spiral compact microstrip resonant cell (C‐SCMRC) resonators for harmonic suppression and size reduction. The size length of quarter wavelength transmission line is only 0.14 λ~g~ because of the slow‐wave characteristic. Furthermore, the proposed power divider rejected the 2nd and 3rd harmonic signals using the stopband of C‐SCMRC resonators. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
