โœฆ Synopsis

IN adult life reversed rotation of the midgut loop is a rare anomaly of intestinal rotation which may present in two forms. In one the transverse colon lies behind the superior mesenteric artery; in the other the liver and entire colon lie on the same side in the abdomen.
