## SUMMARY A 14‐year‐old boy presented with widespread cutaneous and mucosal lesions clinically consistent with erythema multiforme. He gave a history of previous episodes of a similar eruption. Histological examination of a representative lesion showed changes consistent with erythema multiforme.
