โœฆ Synopsis

Nearest Neighboum nearest neighbour or spatial methods in the design and analysis of comparative experiments. The interest ranges from theoretical concepts like combinatoriel construction of appropriate designs (MOFLGAN & CHAKRAVARTI, 1988) to practical data analysis techniques for agricultural field trials (CWS e t al., 1989).

Nearest neighbour designs nomenclature has also been used for experiments for studying plant and variety competitions etc. For a review of construction methods of such designs, see STREET (1982). We restrict to field experiments involving comparison of a set of treatments. We also omit the topic of repeated measurements or change-over experimenta where an experimental unit is subjected to a sequence of treatments over a span of time. A review of recent developments in the design and analysis of change-over experiments has been given by MATTHEWS (1988). A. H., 1983: On the effect of correlation between plots in randomized block experiments. Biom. J. 26,129-153.

Thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) exhibit a wide variation in viscosity and elasticity. A wide variation in morphology (i.e., copolymers, physical blends, and side-chain branched polymers) results in semi-Newtonian to highly shear-thinning behavior. In this study, a simple statistical design of experi

Reliability analysts are often faced with the challenge of characterizing the behaviour of system components based on limited data. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into which availability model input data are most significant and how many data are necessary to achieve desired accurac
