✦ Synopsis
This work extends the formulation developed in part I to include multiple knots and non-uniform blending functions. In this way, it is possible to lower the degree of continuity of the main variable at points of geometric discontinuity. Applications are presented for problems with comers, including the flow through an earth dam for which B-splines are specially suitable since they are able to maintain continuity of the slope between the free surface and the seepage face.
