✦ Synopsis
15 Environment (pollution, health protection, safety) of moisture affect was almost the same at 20% and 40% moisture content. Temperature, moisture, and space velocity (SV) effects on the breakthrough time for 1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobenzene at ppb concentrations were studied quantitatively and the adsorption capacity was obtained. NO, reduction by activated coke increased with an increase in temperature and with an decrease in SV. At temperatures lower than 2OO"C, it was possible to achieve a removal efficiency of over 60%.
