The first approximation of the theory in the powers of parameters ro]g and ~r0 is considered. It corresponds mainly to the more exact formulation of the boundary condition which is imposed on the wave function.

The equations of this approximation are formulated and the correction of the order of r0 to the zero-order scattering amplitude is evaluated.
