✦ Synopsis
In recent years, full-shaped door trim has rapidly taken the place of flat-shaped trim. The competition for good design appearance and weight reduction has produced many processes for full-shaped door trim. We have developed a new door trim production system, the light weight reinforced-reaction injection molding (R-RIM), from the view point of low density substrate and simple molding process.
