Green bean plants were sprayed with mSr and lwCs at three different growth stages; 4 h after each treatment, half of all treated plants were sprinked; at harvest, pod and leaf activity were detected. Results indicate that treatment time has an important role in the concentration of radionuclides in both sprinkled and non-sprinkled plants.
