✦ Synopsis

An nonlinear analysis of low-quality two-phase flow density-wave oscillations in a natural circulation system at heating reactor conditions is reported in this paper. A onedimensional homogeneous equilibrium twophase flow model was applied. Comparisons between the numerical analysis results and data obtained from an experiment for investigating the stability behaviour of an integrated natural circulation heating reactor show fairly good agreement. 96105000
