## Abstract ## Aims The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of tamoxifen citrate on bladder functions and histology, and also to investigate the role of estrogen receptor β (ER β) in a rat chemical cystitis model. ## Methods The study included 37 female Sprague–Dawley rats. Chemi
