Abstract

This paper presents a 60 GHz radio over fiber communication system for high‐data‐rate ATM indoor transmission. The radio interface is fully MMIC integrated (OMMIC ED 0.2 AH foundry). ## Abstract A 60‐GHz highly integrated small mobile terminal (MT) with integrated IF modem for a high‐data‐rate millimeter‐wave radio‐on‐fiber communication system is proposed and inspected by the BER and PER experiment between the access point and mobile terminal. This terminal integrates a 60‐GHz
