In the crystal structure of the title compound, C~15~H~12~Cl~2~O~2~, the chloro-substituted benzene rings are not parallel; the other rings are nearly parallel and the molecules stack in layers parallel to these rings. There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit.

In the title compound, C 21 H 6 Br 9 N 3 O 3 , the triazine ring is almost perpendicular to the three benzene rings. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked into a three-dimensional framework by C-HÁ Á ÁO interactions.

In the title compound C~20~H~21~Cl~2~N~2~O~2~S, the thienopyrimidine ring system is essentially planar. The crystal packing is stabilized by van der Waals forces and by an intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen-bonding interaction, which links the molecules into zigzag chains.
