✦ Synopsis

In the title compound, C 29 H 50 O 4 , the six-membered rings adopt slightly flattened chair conformations. The fivemembered ring has an envelope conformation. The molecules are linked into chains running along the b axis by O-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds.
