September 11, 2001, 8:46 a.m. EST: Oz watches as a plane flies and explodes in the North Tower of the World Trade Center. At 9:03 a.m. EST, Oz and his team watch as a second plane flies and explodes in the South Tower of the World Trade Center. The United States is forever changed.

Within months after living through the frightening aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Oz and his wife Nicki vowed to never be caught off guard by life's disastrous events.
