✦ Synopsis

Reaction of toluene-4-sulfonohydrazide with 4-methylbenzaldehyde resulted in the formation of the imine title compound, C 15 H 16 N 2 O 2 S. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked into chains through intermolecular N-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen-bond interactions.
