Neuroblastoma (NB) is the most common extracranial solid tumor of childhood. In advanced disease stages, prognosis is poor and treatments have limited efficacy, thus novel strategies are warranted. The synthetic retinoid Fenretinide (HPR) induces apoptosis in NB and melanoma cell lines. We reported
