✦ Synopsis


The purpose of these conferences is to bring together food scientists and technologists from academia and the food industry in the Pacific Rim. The objective is to exchange ideas and develop collaborations for enhancing international cooperation and advancing food science and technology and its applications.

The theme, Food for Health in the Pacific Rim, will be explored through plenary lectures, poster sessions, and discussions. Contributions are invited on the theme topic and/or in any area of food science and technology. Food industries are encouraged to arrange exhibitions during the Conference. The Conference will be limited to 150 participants.
