✦ Synopsis
Results: Average remnant areas were 5.8cm2 for males and 7.14cm2 for females after surgery. The average thyroid remnant after ablation were 1.2 and 1.83cm2 for male and female Patients respectively. More than 62% of the Patients showed 70.8cm2 of thyroid tissues after ablation. TSH levels was <4 lu/ml in 31 % of males and 16.5% of the females and more than 50 lu/ml in 15.2% of males and 13.7% of females after the ablation. HTg levels were 1-2ng/ml in 10% of males and 22% of females and > 10 ng/ml for 13.5%

Conclusion:
In view of lack of complete response, evidenced by Planietric and lab. findings, other therapeutic protocols is higly recommended.
