✦ Synopsis
Abstract
A 32‐channel arrayed‐waveguide‐grating (AWG) multiplexer operating around 1550 nm has been designed and fabricated using synthesized cross‐linkable fluorinated poly (ether ether ketone). The channel spacing is 0.8 nm (100 GHz). The insertion loss of the multiplexer is 12–17 dB and the cross talk is less than −20 dB. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
