## Abstract Retroperitoneal sarcomas (RPS) represent approximately 15% of all soft tissue sarcomas (STS). Clinical and prognostic features as well as oncologic outcomes are well known in this group of patients. Post‐operative margin status specifically, is a major predictor of local and distant rec
