✦ Synopsis

The title compound, C 30 H 26 N 2 O 4 , crystallizes in space group P2 1 /n, with two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. Two of the phenyl rings are perpendicular to one another. The molecular structure is in¯uenced by strong NÐHÁ Á ÁO, NÐHÁ Á ÁN and CÐHÁ Á ÁO intramolecular interactions, and the crystal structure is stabilized by CÐ HÁ Á ÁO and CÐHÁ Á Á% intermolecular interactions.
