## Abstract The hydrogen plasma and carbon ions flows generated at the target plates in the ITER tokamak scrape‐off layer are numerically investigated. A 2D model of hydrogen plasma and impurity ions is presented. The model is based on the electron‐ion Braginski fluid equations [1] for hydrogen pla
