✦ Synopsis

The conformation of the seven-membered ring in the title molecule, C 27 H 19 ClN 2 O 3 S, is that of a chair. The 2,5-dioxo-3pyrazolin-1-yl and 4-chlorophenyl groups attached to thelactam ring are in cis positions.
