The title compound, C 20 H 10 Cl 2 N 2 O 2 , is one of the quinacridone derivatives known as a red pigment. The molecule has inversion symmetry. The quinacridone molecules are connected by bifurcated N-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds along [110] to form a two-dimensional hydrogen-bond network.
