## Abstract ## Purpose To quantitatively assess bone marrow edema‐like lesion (BMEL) and the overlying cartilage in osteoarthritis (OA) or anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)‐injured knees using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and spectroscopic imaging (MRSI). ## Materials and Methods Eight health
