✦ Synopsis

SCATTERING 1137 with sufficiently small energy spread to resolve the scattering resonances. Off-resonance angular distributions have been analyzed in terms of potential scattering phase shifts, which in several cases show up interesting anomalies. Detailed analysis of the resonance scattering allows one to make spin and parity assignments. From the 18 resonances analyzed in this fashion, typical causes will be discussed and a summary of all the results will be presented.
