The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C 10 H 10 N 4 O 6 , is built up from two independent but similar molecules. Each molecule is nearly planar and they are roughly parallel to each other. Intramolecular N-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds are observed.
In the title compound, C~13~H~10~N~4~O~5~·C~3~H~7~NO, the Schiff base is approximately planar. Molecules are connected __via__ weak intermolecular O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds.
In the title compound, C~14~H~15~N~3~O·H~2~O, the water molecule bridges three organic molecules __via__ four intermolecular hydrogen bonds, leading to supramolecular tapes that are further cross-linked to form layers.
Molecules of the title compound, C 19 H 18 N 2 O 3 ÁH 2 O, form inversion-related dimers through C-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds. The crystal packing is further stabilized by intermolecular N-HÁ Á ÁO and C-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds involving the solvent water molecule, and by C-HÁ Á Á interactions.
