221-B Baker Street, una adreça mítica. La del detectiu més cèlebre de la història: el gran Sherlock Holmes. Allí, en aquella casa, ha de passar-hi una temporada Scotty, el nebot del detectiu. El noi estaria encantat de treballar en un cas amb «l’oncle Sherlock» i el doctor Watson; però això a l’oncle no li fa cap gràcia: fóra perillós. Així i tot, Scotty et sortiràs amb la teva i podràs col·laborar amb «l’oncle» a combatre el terrible professor Moriarty. Però vés amb compte, no és fàcil treballar amb Sherlock Holmes.
