✦ Synopsis
The Editors are pleased to announce that an early issue (probably No. 2) of volume 30 of CARBON will be devoted to full papers ptesented at the above conference. The publishers have allocated an extra 200 pages for this purpose, which means that volume 30 will have a budget of 1400 pages.
The intent of this special issue is to provide a rapid means of publishing more detailed accounts of the most significant new work presented at the conference. The Editors will solicit manuscripts at the conference, but all speakers are invited to submit papers for consideration.
