The i9F NMR spectra of n-allyl-tris(trifluorophosphine)rhodium(I),

[A], benzene-tris(trifluorophosphine)chromium(O), [B], and nitrosyl-tris(trifluorophosphine)rhodium(-I), [Cl, are presented. These are examples of [AX& nuclear spin systems (A = phosphorus, X = fluorine). The spectra of [A] and [B] have been completely analysed to afford values for lJ(PF), 2J(PP'), 3J(PF') and 4J(FF'). * I am indebted to Dr. M.
