The protop coupled and decoupled 13C NMR spectra of 4H-quinoliziue 1,2,3,44etracarboxylate and its less stable tautomer 9aH-quinolizine 1,2,3,4-tetracarboxylate have been investigated. All 13C resonances Pave been assigned, and a number of the one-, two-and three-bond carbon-proton coupling constant

✦ Synopsis
Abstract
The spectra of A~2~BC spin systems provided by the ^19^F nuclei in cis (RO) (MeO)TeF~4~ and (RO) (Me~2~N)TeF~4~ (R = Me, Et, Pr, i‐Pr) have been recorded and analysed. The geminal coupling constants ^2^J(F,F) range from 137–174 Hz and trends in the ^19^F chemical shifts permit complete assignment of the resonances. Stereospecific coupling between ^19^F and the protons of the N‐methylamino groups is also observed.
