The presentation format will be as follows:

1. Presentation of the paper by the principal author or investigator or by a participant of the team of authors and investigators. (Surrogates are not acceptable.) Presentations will be limited to 10 minutes.

2. General open discussion and questioning, with participation of the audience, will be limited to 10 minutes.
